Here is a brief description of tasks required on event day to help make it a success. When filling out your volunteer form, please add any notes to help us assign the tasks that best suit your preferences.
Please Note: Training will be provided at a Volunteer Orientation takingt place the week before the race.

| Operations |
Onsite Operations includes a variety of tasks that are needed at Club Roma on event day. Volunteers will be used as Parking Attendants/Traffic Control, Bike Corral, Shirt Distribution, Bib Station, Receipt Writers, Finish Line Attendants.

Mainly AM Shifts |
| Hospitality |
Volunteers are needed in 2 areas: 1) Onsite at Club Roma to assist with breakfast before Ride and lunch after Ride, 2) Rest Station Support at locations throughout route.

Both AM & PM Shifts |
| Marshaling |
Marshals are located along the route to assist with traffic control and biker safety. They are also able to cheer riders on as they pass. Volunteers can work in two's if requested. Please Note: Police Officers will direct traffic at all major intersections.

| Registration Area |
Registration volunteers will assist with collecting pledge money, distribute info to riders and assist with overall registration process.

AM Shifts |
| Bike Mechanical Support |
Bike Mechanic Support will be setup at onsite at Club Roma and offer assistance to rider prior to race. They may also be added to support vehicle throughout day.

All Day Commitment |
| Support Vehicle Driver |
Drivers will drive a designated route and offer support to riders and volunteers along the ride, such as restroom breaks, returning riders in distress to Club Roma, etc. Will work in pairs. Vans will be provided.

Crew will ride on support vehicle and offer support to riders and volunteers along the ride. See above.
