| Registration Process |
It is best to register online (with a credit card) so a personal pledge page will be created for you in the registration process. If online registration is not feasible, there is a paper form available.
The registration fee is non-receiptable. |

| Pledge Collection |
Pledges can be made online through your personal pledge page. It is best to use the "Share with Friend" feature to let your contacts pledge you directly. Online pledges receive their tax receipts instantly via email.
When collecting pledge money with cash or cheques, use the paper pledge form. You can drop off pledge money to the SCGH Foundation office any time and we will update your personal pledge page to reflect the new amount. Those receipts will be hand written and can be picked up at a later date for distribution. We ask that you distribute the receipts to help us save on postage.
Please let donors using credit cards know that their statements will read: "St. Catharines General Hospital Foundation".

| Returning Rider? |
If you are returning to The Big Move for a second year we ask that you create a new account as many improvements have been made to the website. You will need to create a new username, or you can add a number to last year's. The system will not accept the same username as last year.
If you would like to see the names of those who pledged you last year, you can visit the 2009 website at: http://www.archive2009.bigmovecancerride.com/ Please do not direct any donors to the 2009 site as it will not accept donations any longer.

| Waiver |
A waiver must be signed by each rider. You can download and print the waiver and bring it with you on event day or be prepared to sign a copy at the Registration Table on event day. |
