• Set Your Goals High
  While the minimum pledge amount is $500, challenge yourself to raise as much as possible for this worthy cause.
   

• Create a List of Potential Donors
  Go through your address book and collect a list of family, friends, co-workers and relatives.  Don’t forget your extended circle such as auto mechanics, family doctor, golf buddies and former classmates.  So many people have been touched by cancer and are looking for ways to support cancer care in their local community.
   

• Use your Online Personal Page
  After you register, create your own personal page online on this website. On your page you can tell your story, post a photo, and request donations.
   

• Be Creative
  Host a fundraising party, have a car wash, garage sale or film night.  There are many ways to raise funds and spread the word about The Big Move.
   

• Follow Up
  If you haven’t received a response from someone you’ve asked for a donation, be sure to follow up.  Keep your donors and potential donors informed of your fundraising and training progress.
